One last thing before I go back to work. Regardless of whether we have 16 or 14 teams, I think we should arrange the divisions based on the random draft picks.
Something like:
Division 1: 1, 5, 9, 13,
Division 2: 2, 6, 10, 14,
Division 3: 3, 7, 11, 15,
Division 4: 4, 8, 12, 16.
Anyway, just a thought.
